Clubhouse Dining
 Your
taste in dining... elegant, casual, or entertaining are all served
by our three separate dining areas.
Our facilities are designed to meet all of our
members dining needs. Members may enjoy entrees prepared tableside
in the Candlelight room or choose more casual dining in the Osage
Room while overlooking the golf course.
Group gatherings in our Ballroom, or adjoining
private dining rooms can easily accommodate family, business, or
social functions.
 Whatever
your culinary cravings, our Executive Chef prepares some of the most
unique ala carte cuisine in the area as well as sumptuous Holiday
parties, Club events, and Buffets.
Available Rooms:
Candlelight Room
The Candlelight Room is Greenbriar's formal dining
room. Gentlemen are required to wear jackets on Saturday evenings. A
special tableside menu is available by request. With a refined
atmosphere, including a beautiful fireplace and eloquent
chandeliers, the Candlelight Room offers the definitive setting for
fine Club dining.

Osage Room
The Osage Room, Greenbriar's family dining room,
offers casual dining for both lunch and dinner. On Saturdays and
Sundays, enjoy a la carte breakfast with a beautiful view of our
golf course.

Trophy Room
The Trophy Room is one of Greenbriar's most popular
a la carte dining rooms. Enjoy a full service bar as well as a
casual dining atmosphere. Try the bar on a Friday night.

Board Room
The Board Room, also known as the Men's Grill, is for exclusive use by men. This room features a bar,
two televisions
and a grand view of the 18th fairway and green. Lunch is available
until 6:00 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. Breakfast is available on
Saturdays and Sundays.

Garden Terrace
The Garden Terrace is Greenbriar's seasonal full
service outside dining area. Contingent upon the weather, lunch and
dinner are served Tuesday through Sunday.

Patio
Adjacent to the pool, the patio offers convenient
outside dining from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
